Core 2 question

Hey everyone, so I have a quick core 2 related question that I was wondering if anyone could help me with...



Another question! ...

Give an expression for the general term, Un, of these sequences (the n is subscript)

5x6 , 6x7 , 7x8 ...

I'm not really sure about this question, I have a vague idea that it is Un = Un x Un+1 With U1 = 5
Although I'm pretty sure it's wrong.


Also there is another little question...

For the following APs determine
i) a
ii) d
iii) T20
iiii) S30

a) 24,28,32

The thing is, I'm not sure what it means by determining a,d,t20 and s30 so can anyone help?

Yeah, taking a square root always give a + or - result.
Just make sure to check that the values you get for x are within the range of the question (if there is one):smile:
