Not sure, but apparently calling it Jesus juice and then sleeping in the same bed as the kid isn't a good idea.

Apparently (not sure if this is completely true but it makes sense...) in supermarkets if ur buying alcohol and your with a group of ppl if the person serving you suspects they are underage and you may be buying it for them they can ask for proof of age for all of you...

When I was 16 I bought some beer with a fake ID for my friends and I. I was later busted and charged with possesion of alcohol and distribution to minors!! Even though I, myself, was a minor at the time.

I think I just had to pay a fine.

When I was 15 my friend got ID'd in a club, and I didn't (she was older  ). Anyway I went to the bar to get a drink and the barman asked me if I was buying a drink for her, since he'd seen me with her. I was like "that's not really your business, but no". So he served me and then I went over in full view and gave her the drink. Stupid barman couldn't complain, he'd get in just as much trouble as us! I was a misbehaved teenager. Since then I've worked in a bar, and anyone who looks underage gets ID'd. Lack of ID also means they should get kicked out (well, they shouldn't have been let it to start with).

As far as I'm aware, so long as one person is old enough and can show ID, that's fine. I got my friends to buy me booze when I was 17 and they never asked any of us for ID (I'm ALWAYS asked for ID - even a few months ago, when buying cigarettes for my dad, I was asked to prove that I was over 16, and I turn 19 in 2 months...has always annoyed the hell out of me)

Can you get done for buying fags for underage people??

Not much, you can get away with anything in the states. Maybe $150? Not more than that though.

I would imagine so yes.

If anyone underage asked me to buy them cigarettes or alcohol they would get a slap for being retarded.

Thats happened to me a few times.

I just say to them "So you're asking me to help you kill yourself?"

When I was in Russia some six year old kid came up to me and asked, "Moznya cigarette?"

I told him that cigarettes were bad (very badly in russian) He just kind of looked at me and walked off.
