Due to my epic UKL addiction today I had to go on a two hour bus ride from Chorlton (where I live) to Stockport, to Manchester then back to my house just so i could revise on the bus. I find far too many distractions at home, its taken me 4 hours to write 1000 words tonight.

Why I cannot I not just close UKL?

Your mouse may be broken. (not funny)

All you got to do is get your father to hide your computer plug. Then write on an A4 lined and margined pad (my preference anyway). Then type type type it up. Obviously before that step you will need to ask for your plug back. (well der)

Get dad to hide internet cable aswell. This is just a suggestion, you do not need to pay attention to it of course. I've never tried this method, but I'm certain it will prove effective.

That's the problem with uni. You spend most of the year being happy there's noone telling you what to do...then you realise that, thinking about it, maybe having someone nagging you to do work would help you get on with it.

I didn't really do any homework for the last 4 years of school... hasn't really done me much harm so chill.

Alaric.
I sometimes take like 2 hours to just open the bloody textbook! Lol.

I think it's because UKL is currently set as my homepage.

Its kinda ironic that a site supposidly here to help ppl with their education, just provides a distraction from it.

Yeah but all these political discussions have to be good for the brain. I admit the only reason I am still up now is I am catching up on work I could have done during the day if it wasn't for UKL.

My Dad has done that before, only for me to pull out another cable, and plug it in. When he confiscated that one, I just pulled the PS2 out and played that.

In fact, I have tidied my bedroom before (mammoth task), just to avoid doing work.
