    For anyone who's yet to consume 3 meals+/ week seafood - the only source of EPA & DHA.

    If you want to improve your health can you research using Uni. subscriptions to Journals...

    Traditional view is ALA (essential) can be converted to EPA that can be further converted to DHA. Current newer 'opinion' questions the conversion efficiency between: ALA to EPA; EPA to DHA; DHA to EPA. See what you find; maybe most importantly ater polling post on why you think this choice is most relevant....

    ALA is especially found in seeds oil
    EPA is found in Fish/ Shellfish and Wakame (the latter the only vegetarian/ vegan option I know)
    DHA is found only in Fish/ Shellfish (no dietary vegetarian/ vegan source)
