Stamina, Unconfidence, Nervousness.. etc etc Watch

    Im 22 now and i suffer from extreme nervousness. Even sometimes in the simplest of tasks i feel nervous if i am alone. I dont know why. I've always been a shy kid from the start but i cant seem to get rid of it. I get nervous while talking to new people, I get nervous while doing new things, I get nervous if im alone by myself surrounded by unknown people.. I just find it really really hard, And i think other people can notice my shyness and nervousness as well which makes it even more harder for me to overcome.

    Secondly, I have a major stamina issue. I am addicted to masturbation and i've heard people tell me that your stamina decreases because of it. Im 22 and i cant climb 5-6 floors of stairs without losing my breath. I also smoke alot which doesnt help my stamina alot and i dont do any exercise either.. How do i increase my stamina? I lose my breath really really quickly. Also that makes me even more nervous/unconfident then i already am. Like if i go to my office, I gotta climb up 5-6 floors of stairs to reach my desk.. Im panting by the time i reach my desk, Completely out of breath. Takes me 5 minutes to calm down and get my breath back.
