    I applied for general technician electical..

    And when your applying it gives you the option, to choose unqualified or qualified.

    I chose qualified, because the guy on the RAF line told me to chose that because I have the required GCSE's im sure thats wrong and really means if your a qualified electrician

      No, that's correct.

      If you go as unqualified you'll have to spend 1-2 weeks extra at trade training getting your required qualification.
