Herpes

Hey, who's got herpes? I have herpes I reckon but only being I get coldsores from now and then I think that. This is up as my sister went mental when she got a coldsore the other day and thought it was the end of the world. lol.

How do other people cope with them? I have no idea where I got mine but I imagine I got it when I was young.

wow, shocked this is up as i had a pressing question...

did i do the right thing here? ok i have a little ulcery thing inside my bottom lip which i noticed for the first time the day before yesterday and then this morning my bf wanted me to go down on him and i refused cos i thought i could give him genital herpes, is that right?

man i sound like such a loser, im just cautious when it comes to sexual health :frown:

It sounds like you just have an ulcer which just meetrs it would be painful in your mouth.lol

ah right well ive never got a cold sore on the outside, so you reckon i would have been ok with this ulcer inside my lip?! aw well, it gave me an excuse to roll over and sleep a bit longer! :smile:

I have herpes...since everyone has the herpes virus inside them. I believe it stays dormant most of the time and when it's active the symptoms are cold sores,etc.

Oh the other hand, I do not have genital herpes because I am not Madonna.

i picked up herpes somehow in majorca when i was 9. got a big rash on my face. since then i've got cold sores on and off. usually once or twice a year.

Yep, put ambesol on it, it gets rid of it really quickly, and numbs it so you can actually eat without it being agony. But not too much, because it stings like hell. :wink:
