Anyone know if any stores are hiring within Birmingham? I've been looking for a good three months and can't seem to find much. Any help would be much appreciated.

Most are only doing Christmas jobs at the moment - I had an interview the other day for Paperchase in Selfridges but it was only until Christmas Eve! Keep checking the Bullring website and store windows though, you never know!

I gave one in to them in the store in October, it takes a while for them to get back to you! When I was at Uni I'd just hand my CV in anywhere and hope for the best. Good luck with your search!

I had an interview with Next at the Bullring on Saturday, didn't go too well - the manager called me a slut but I thought I would still get the job as I thought it was a joke

Will hand in a few CVs tommorow in stores then in that case, thanks for your help.

I think I was over-dressed for the occasion. I wasn't wearing a suit, just a smart shirt and tie
