Doing placement next year - Maintenance loan?

I'm doing a year long work placement next year, will I get the same amount for my maintenance loan? I need to know because I need to start reapplying for accommodation next year and have to decide whether I can continue to live out next year or live at home. (I get the minimum) No one I ask seems to know. Help please? :s-smilie:

EDIT: My placement is most likely going to be unpaid.

If the placement is paid (don't know about unpaid). You get the non-income assessed maintance loan and tuition fee loan. No grants.

I never got grants anyway.

I don't really understand this, I get the absolute minimum loan, which is fine, I am not complaining, but how am I supposed to pay rent with a reduced loan? FML.
