    hi,
my girlfriend loves pearls and i would like to get her a nice pearl necklace for xmas! im not very good at picking the right one though, there is soo much choice..my budget would be £30-50 pounds if i could get a nice one..
we are going out 3 years and i will be combining the necklace with some perfume...
i would preferably like a stirling silver pearl necklace,
any suggestions of good websites, places to look??

I am sure you can give her a pearl necklace without having to pay the £30

It's really bad that initially I thought this was in health and relationships and was referring to another type of pearl necklace...

    anyway

    I think it's pretty but I think it's a little tacky somehow.

I like the above. It's more subtle, it depends what she's into though, personally I'm not into the whole heart pendant thing and I think the above would go with more things and generally looks a bit more classy.

I could produce one for you, £15. It'd save you some money and your girlfriend would savour it.

I was going to say that it was a good idea, and that pearl necklaces are the only kind of jewellery that I would say was a safe bet because they're classic and you can't really go wrong with them.

Then I opened your link. I take it back. I take it all back.

^ I think that one is a lot nicer OP, go for one like that

Is it bad that I'd never heard of a 'pearl necklace' before this thread?
