I had an acknowledgment letter from Bristol school of physics, like 3 to 4 weeks ago, apart from that nothing else.

But i'm just wondering if anybody had any offers or even interviews?

And if interviews, how were they and what did they ask?

    THANKS.

Yeah I applied to Bristol for Physics (masters) with industrial experience. I applied about the 2nd november and got a letter in about 2 weeks asking me to go to an open day, I went on thursday the 2nd dec and they basically showed us round, we did a half hour maths phys test but they said it doesn't count for anything, simply to see what level you were at, not affecting if your going to get an offer(its pretty easy, not much to worry about), then we had dominoes for lunch and we toured the department, then had a mock tutorial, my one was with the guy who helps out with the year in industry as thats what i applied for. In total there were about 45 people there but they said we were the first batch. Anyway they are all really nice there and it seems like the whole phys department is a big family as everyone looks like they actually want to be there and are enjoying it. Anyway it looks like it might be my first choice now, although i have yet to see bath and manchester.

Also you get to see the halls of residence
