I am doing a piece of cw for my 2nd year at Loughborough -
"what is information and knowledge management (IKM) and why do organisations need it"
I am stuck on a few things:
1. what is understood by intellectual capital and how does it relate to IKM?
2. giving relevant examples, what kinds of problems it is intended to prevent/address?
3. Benefits it might bring?
4. measures included to enhance IKM in this organisation, and the organisation is marketing 2.0.
