i was wondering if anyone could suggest any ideas to help me figure out my weight/cold problem. I am extremely sensitive to cold weather and it causes me a lot of trouble-baad muscles aches because i hunch up and cramp, freezing toes, layers and layers of clothing and no warmth, difficulty sleeping and waking up with muscle pain as i've been shivering all night.
i weigh..not much (6.7 stone and 5 foot six in height..i'm slim and petite although not ill looking) which may be the obvious cause of my problem but i'm wondering if the two things could be connected in another way.
i am naturally slim (though not this slim) and have a healthy diet although don't eat that much meat due to vegetarian mum who does most of the cooking (still have it about 4 meals a week)
    thanks
