Quick question, is it a requirement for a person to be 18 or over to be a co owner in land? If possible can you please give an authority. Thanks

A minor cannot hold a legal estate in land - it's somewhere in s 1 of the LPA 1925 I think, if you look.

There are provisions in TLATA 1996 for what happens if someone tries to transfer land to minors or to a minor and an adult.
