I'm trying to lose weight.

I have to lose weight for a while. But my weight hasn't changed for a long time .
How can I lose weight ? Should I do something in sport or in my diet? Can you give me some suggestions? :confused:

Maybe you can start by giving us some idea of what you typically eat, how much you typically exercise and how tall / well-built you are. Then we might be able to give you more specific advice. :smile:
