I rarely get to sleep before 2am, and get up at about 7am or earlier most days.
I'm finding it hard to concentrate and deal with this anymore.
I;ve been to doctors about sleep problems before, but back then I didn;t really do much during the day, so I caught up with it all then, but now I have a routine and have to get nup early every morning.
If I go to the gp will they say anything?
