Lol, but my bf is at work all the time, or uni so i can't even talk to him much
and would you still want to talk to the friends you have when you get to uni, or just make new ones?

same but luckily for me he can text me at work :P
erm, I definitely want to make new ones, my friends drifted away from me at college and although I still talk to them we're not what you call 'close' :P

work hard during your frees alone = get better grades than non-existent friends = better uni offers, better unis = less likely anyone from your 6th form will end up there with you (:

I'm only in contact with one friend from sixth form (three if you count the ones that went to the same uni, but i only got to know them at uni) and that isn't very strong contact. Friends you met at uni are on the whole better friends, just because you live with them etc. I think that anyway. I took the same outlook as i was this college for 3 years, all the friends i had in first 2 left and after that i just didnt want to make the effort, so i went to lessons, then to the library or town or home basically. Friends i have a uni are, with a few exceptions, far better ha.
