    Hi, i am currently studying BND Business and i am on my second year. i worked hard on my first year and was predicted DDM but now that i am on my second year my new form tutor is predicting me MMP but i know my first year results are correct and i should be predicted DDM i am really confused so i have a few questions.

    1. is the predicted results based on your first year performance?

    2. if my predicted grades are wrong can i complain and get them changed?

    3. are predicted grades really important when trying to get a uni place?

    okay to be honest you should ask him, what is hes reasoning for predict you this grade!
    if you were predict DDM, their must be some reason towards this, i don't know if your doing BTEC? but ever time you completely unit you get your overall mark? and if your overall marks are P's or M's than that's understandable but if they are higher like M's or D's i would seriously complain to your head of department they cant predict you without reason!

    F*** yes i would! let me put it this way, if you can 6 D's and 12 M's u got your self DDD

    so what do u think? so if u do the same as u did in the first year, unless your teacher believes that your now under achieving? :confused: seriously predictions for BTEC should be at least MMM or DMM at minimum

    Just to make it be clear to you, your teacher is predicting that you will only be able to pass your next 9 units

    D = 18 * 3 = 54
    M = 12 * 6 = 72
    equals 126?

    Minimum you should be predict
    if you pass the other nine units and only get pass, you would get MMM

    the requirements for MMP is 156?

    think you can work at the rest

    hi, i spoke to my form tutor today and they said that they believe my predicted grade is MMM and when i tryed to explain that last year i got good results they said that it doesnt matter its about this years performance. my tutor keeps bringing up that im behind this yr but im only behind in 1 unit and tbh most of my class is behind in that unit so do u think this is fair or not?

    If I'm honest, i d put the statistic in his face and ask him to tell me why he believes that you would only pass the other 9 units? i m sorry right but stick up for your self, tell him you will at least get merit in the courses, and seriously ? 1 unit? also if you really want to get your predict grades high, go to your subject teachers and ask them what they think you can get, cause tbh seems like hes only taking into account that one unit, which is not BS

    if worst goes to worst tell him to stuff it, and see if another teacher will do your references
