Anyone up for one, around January/February?

If so, suggest some dates/locations and when we get enough, I'll whack a poll up!

    Edinburgh? :afraid:
To be honest, it'd be a nice location as opposed to London due to its history and awful Parliament building.

I'm up for Peru, Barcelona or Central London. (Prefer Peru.)

Can I wear my Labour badge?
As long as I can wear my Conservative Rosette!

Yes. Generic London suggestion. I also suggest Manchester/Birmingham as, while harder to get to for southerners, they allow those such as Cardozo to trek down from Edinburgh marginally easier.

... you can tell I haven't been to Scotland since I was 5.

Also, I suggest that we should discuss the notion of some kind of activity e.g. visit to Parliament, trip round a decent museum, trip to a guest lecture at a Uni or something.

I'd be interested. Predictably it depends on where and when though...

London or Cambridge. I have no preferences on either locations. Whether I can make the dates is another issue.

Who wants to go to Tabland? In all seriousness, anyone West of Oxford will have an awkward time getting to Cambridge and back in a day and so it's about as practical as ... a Tab.

      Floreat Oxon!

      --------------------------------------------

I should be generally free in January or February and from past experience London is alright, Birmingham is alright, Bristol is super, but whilst Manchester is do-able in a day it leaves you about 2 or 3 hours before having to come back again ... on a 4 hour train.

That said, I do need to do some work at the National Library of Scotland so Edinburgh would be extremely handy :

I'll expand on the maybe; it depends on the dates and whether I'm in London or Yorkshire. What's the betting like all our other meet threads, we have a discussion about where it's going to be, before settling on London like it always is!
