Hi everybody, I'm thinking about studying a Master's in International Relations by Independent Study at De Montfort University. I'm also thinking about American studies which include US politics, elections and American domestic history and I can choose between these two topics. I've never ever taken such a course where I have to look for materials and work alone. There's a mentor that helps you and that you can contact but at the end of the day you have to choose your topic of interest, how to develop it, what kind of assessment you prefer, etc
It seems very interesting but daunting at the same time, is there anybody who has taken this course and who can tell me his/her experience? Please help me, thanks so much in advance!
