how much is it forecasted to decrease by?

and do you think that them increasing the fees is beneficial to people who are already doing their degree, because it will make university education less common and so their degree will be more valuable? because currently basically everyone goes to uni, so having a degree is almost worthless and nothing unique or special about employing someone with a degree right now. so wouldnt it benefit us when we are looking for jobs if the number of people with degrees is lower??

The degree is only worthless if you don't gain anything from it. Also if you choose a weak subject and do poorly at it.

We won't know until the 2012 application cycle tbh. The only thing that's certain is that there'll be a ****load more applications to Scottish universities.
