I am in my first year of A levels and am taking Mathematics, Further mathematics, Physics and Biology. At GCSE level I obtained 4 A*s and 5 As in Maths, Science, dual science, history, geography, spanish, english, english literature and religion.
I now have the difficult descision as to what to study at Uni and what I want to achieve after Uni. I enjoy working with children, and in my free time I sail and dance. Ideally, I'd like a career that was demanding but rewarding and allowed me to be creative. I particularly enjoy mathematics but would like some variation .. does anyone have any ideas or is in a similar situation?

Well, it depends on whether you're going to university just because it's 'the done thing' or whether you actually want to go. Perhaps you should think about whether you want to go at all.
