My problem is I have had stomach pains, nausea and diarrhoea for ohhhh 1 1/2 years now. My doctors think they are honing in on the cause (autoimmune hepatitis) but I feel too sick to work. I've graduated in summer, got a great job I was really enjoying but now I'm just so crippled with pain most of the time and off sick they are beginning to get annoyed.

I love work and I'm so annoyed that this is stopping me enjoying it

Not sure if I should go on sick leave or even how it works.

    Just need a rant

Wow, diarrhoea for a year? I bet you look like a half-deflated balloon.

Pehaps you can find a diarrhoea specialist? Maybe ur GP is just not sorted with enough expertise to help you.

You might need to wear a nappy and just relieve yourself there and then at the workplace?
