ok so in October I wasn't 100% sure if I would be right fo medicine and I hadn't been able to do alot of work experience and stuff so I decided not to apply for it and instead have appled for 5 biomed courses incase I decided that it wasn't for me.

Now that I have done more WE and been able to really understand what medicine is really about I have decided that it is definately what I want to do so I am planning on taking a gap year and applying next year.

My problem is that if I get offers this year and then rejected them, would my insurance biomed choice next year recognise that I had already applied and rejected the year before or would they be unable to tell?

It wouldn't matter. They have to treat your application exactly the same regardless.

If it's the same uni, they may still have your application on file, but it's unlikely to affect their decision.

Another uni... I think they do know you've applied through UCAS before, but people decide against going to uni for a multitude of reasons, so again unlikely to make a difference.
