brain thing!!

ok lately, i've had this weird thing, like I can't figure out small things, and I feel kinda stupid, or slow, the otherday I was playing chess and I didn't notice that white was mine and killed white with white, it was funny, but I don't feel fine, I can't like concentrate or use my mind with the same effeciency, I don't know, and the weird thing is that I've been in an on off insomania(sp?) like 2 weeks ago I could barely sleep, and now I can't even wake up and either ways I'm always fatigue, I don't know whats up with me:frown:
the otherday I woke up around 3ish am, and then when I tried going back to sleep ; I felt my heart is pumbing really fast and was shaking the went back to normal but couldn't sleep   :frown:

How's your thyroid?

i have had a slight thyroid problem and took medicine then stopped it and my T3 or T4 level went down again but last i've done the hormone test they were right on the lowest edge of the range, so started taking it again(the medicine) but like 25mg half a pill every day! been taking it for a month and a half so it must've gotten better right??!

Are you stressed over anything? It could be related to that.

hm kind of but not that serious, I mean I've went into kind of depression aweek ago or two but now I gues I'm fine abit, normal day stress i guess!!!could it affect me that much, i mean I'm always understress , 24/7 so it didn't really change!

I guess you could have the TSH, T3 and T4 tested again just to be sure. 25µg every other day is really very little.

Could be you are stressed though, maybe something is occupying your wits without you knowing it yet.

maybe go to your GP about it?

To little thyroid hormone: you feel sluggish, get slower and can put on weight after some time, you feel cold

To much thyroid hormone: often hyperactive, sleepless, hot, dry skin, weight loss, maybe bulging eyes, trembling hands
