Ok, I KNOW there have been threads like this before.. but this one's slightly different.
Im currently a 1st year student and really want to transfer to another university (1st or 2nd year entry but of course preferrably 2nd). As opposed to the other people, I AM NOT dropping out, I'm gonna complete 1st year here at my current uni.
I've already spoken to a uni and they said I need to apply through UCAS.
1. Does this mean I have to start a whole new application process/register a new account?
2. Do I only apply to one uni or or can/should I talk to five different universities and then apply to five?
3. Do I need to write a whole new personal statement? If so can I get some paragraphs/lines from my old personal statement and then just add appropriate/relevant info (why im transferring etc)
4. Does the Jan 15 deadline apply to me?
As many replies as possible would be appreciated! Really need some help..
Thank you all

New application, same account.
Can apply to five if you want.
Yes. New personal statement. I wrote mine from scratch because I had learned so much. You can self-quote apparently. It should not go against you, but really after a year you shouldn't be using the same text.
Not sure about the deadline.

You can find out some information here.
Apparently the deadline doesn't matter.
