    I am a little fat . My friend tell me that a diet would be beneficial for me in health right now . So I want to lose weight.
    Can you provide some effective method of losing weight for me?

    Me too! I was thinking of just going on a low cal diet, i.e. eat no more that X ammount a day lol.. still need to figure out the details :P

      more exercise and probably less 'bad' food, try more fruit and veg, lean protein and non-starchy carbs, things like brown pasta, rice and new potatoes are good. Please don't starve yourself, as soon as you eat again the pounds will just pile back on. If you're really looking to do this for the long term, it will be a slow process but well worth it in the end.
