    Hey

I'm a size 10/12, which i know isn't big, but I do have a lot of extra weight on my stomach and hips. Does anyone know what the best exercise is to get rid of this? What works for you? thanks!

Any cardiovascular exercise will help, alongside a calorie deficit.

Cut down your food intake (smaller portion sizes) and increase your physical activity.

Eat less or do more exercise, or both.

A lot of cardio to lose the pounds, then squats to tone up your behind and thighs.
Lift light weights to tone your arms.

You don't need to do anything too fancy. Some gyms even offer group classes; which can help when it comes to motivation.

    Best of luck!

Really, you can just lose weight by eating less and not doing any extra exercise. Obviously it is probably healthier to exercise as well what with it being good for your heat and lungs and all.

Also anorexia tends to make you lose weight, but kind of ruins your life at the same time, so not a good plan.

Lol why do people have such a problem with losing weight. Diet and exercise, it is that simple. Doesn't have to be extreme dieting, or extreme exercise, moderate will be more than enough. Good luck.

Also you can't spot reduce fat so be patient

Give up meat and dairy. Drink lots of green tea which speeds up the metabolism. Don't eat after 8pm and exercise more.

You're trolling right? Like you cannot be serious with this

OP if you're serious you should post this in the fitness forum not in fashion and beauty

And first thing you should learn is you cannot spot reduce fat from certain areas, you have to lower your total body percentage of fat, where it comes off is totally random
