    Hi
I received an offer from Goldsmiths university for Psychology, the admissions tutor at the university open day I went to, told me that my A levels are all acceptable.
The A levels I take are : maths, economics, psychology and sociology.
however my offer from goldsmiths university states :
    GCE A LEVEL
    GRADES AAB
    EXCLUDING
    ECONOMICS
My predicted grades are Mathematics: C sociology: A psychology: A and economics: B
why would Economics be excluded on this course, as the offer means that I will be unable to go there because of my Mathematics grade, however if they included my economics grade I would have been able to go there.

I phoned them up today, they said that because economics and maths are interlinked and similar, they chose the one which is more important for my course in my offer, which doesn't really make sense because economics and maths are not very similar.
