What's this weird sensation?! Watch

So for the past year or so I have been regularly-ish experiencing a weird sensation. It happens after I have eaten something or when I wake up from a nap after a snack/lunch/dinner. The sensation is basically of intense pressure at the top of my chest...I think, the bottom of my...Esophagus. This sensation normally prevails for a while but then it begins to move up. Eventually it ends with a weird saltish/slightly bitter-ish taste in my mouth.

    Should I be concerned?

Do you feel any heart burn, what do you mean by sensation?

Is it hard for the food to go down or does it feel like its coming back up?
