    hey guys!
I am a bit confused with the new law of higher tuition fees. As I was told in my school, those who apply this year and start studying in unis in 2011 will pay the old fees, while those applying for 2012 will pay the higher fees.
Does this mean that if I go uni in 2011 I will pay the old fees for the whole 3 years of education, or I will pay less in 2011 and then my fees will increase?
    Thanks.
