    Obvious question, but where did you find the extract? The context helps when you're trying to find a translation/foreign interpretation for something said in a foreign language

    Mensis does not mean anything. It might be a person's name but I don't think it can be. About who I am, I can (in fact I am) be many things...

    The sentence is incorrect but what I make of it is "Where are you/What have you been up to 'Mensiss'. I haven't seen you in a while/I'm not finding you. Kisses"
