So basically i am doing my as levels at the moment, had my parents evening last night, and basically i do french at two schools, two teachers at one school and one teacher at another.

One of the teachers is just so horrible, at the parents evening she ripped me to like shreds!, because i am not loud and do not contribute as much, but you know that is just my nature, i obviously speak when i have to. However instead of giving me ways to improve and more confidence she was so mean, she goes to me 'Why did you even take french?' :'(! basically saying i am crap, when its only the speaking that i am maybe a little weak on, but the good thing is she will be leaving because she is having baby but i have her tomorrow and i really really do not want to go to the lesson, because i know she will just rip me to shreds! .. but my parents said i have to, but i don't want to, should i go or not?

    Thanks

    Aw, that's awful. Poor you.
Speaking is my weakest skill in French, and it's not in my nature to contribute either, even though I do my best because obviously it's important in a MFL. My teacher is nice about this though!
I think you should go to the lesson. I'm sure she didn't mean to upset you deliberately.

She'll be leaving soon anyway, so you might as well make the most of lessons until then. Don't worry too much about it.

good thing is she will be leaving because she is having baby
Maybe she has hormonal problems? I wouldn't worry about it. Teachers just get frustrated and say stupid things. My teacher wrote home cos i didn't do my geog coursework on time and she basically kept belittling me but i had the last laugh. I went from an E in mocks to A final grade. Try replicate something like that and say "up yours" if you see her again.
