Do I need to send them the actual certificates, or will the statement of results that you get on results day suffice?

Reason I ask is because I never got certificate and this was 2 years ago.

It varies from uni to uni. Mine asked for proof of my results as my offer in Clearing; because it was so close, I only sent had a statement of results; they were happy with a photocopy of that.

Because it's been a while, they might be expecting certificates now; saying that, I think I only sent a photocopy of my GCSE statement as well and they were happy with that...

    Phone up and ask.

Oh and also, will they want to see not just my a levels but also my GCSE and other results?

I have passed some of the ACCA accountancy exams also.

For some of the exam boards they no longer re-issue certificates if you lose them. For those ones, the uni will accept statements of results.

It says on the relevant board's websites (search lost certificate to get to the right section) which ones these are.

The best bet is to ring the uni though. They'll answer easily.
