For the past day and a bit I've had a toothache in the upper right corner of my mouth, it's been on and off and whilst the pain isn't terrible it's niggling and a bit annoying. Should I wait to see if it will go away and just drink plenty of water and fresh orange juice or get it checked?

If it continues get it checked out. Does anything make it worse? (e.g eating, drinking, going out in the cold etc?)

That's what I'm trying to determine, I'm not sure yet but it could be the cold.

I doubt OJ is going to help, a salt-water solution should though.
