There is a move to make Paul Garry, a bristol musician's single entitled "Last Dance" on iTunes and possibly make it a No.1 this Christmas.

    Last Dance (Single) - http://itunes.apple.com/gb/artist/pa...ry/id408745342

    Paul Garry - http://www.myspace.com/paulgarry

We know we have some competition from major bands and labels, but we are proceeding on this mission with a few aims in mind:

    A) To "buck the trend" for a second year running and show that it doesn't have to be another X-factor style Christmas No.1

    B) To show that it doesn't have to be an international superstar that has rights to bringing out a christmas single, but that any local musician with a bit of talent can.

    C) To promote festive cheer. Merry Christmas ; - )

Not gonna happen (sadly). Cowell and his little helpers will make sure of that.

It worked last year because the idea was original and it banded together under one song.

It won't work this year because people want to all do the same thing with different songs, it no longer has the strong following it had before. X Factor will win.

Basicallym this guy is in the Bristol Evening Post today. Also, Biffy Clyro gave him 5-stars. He's awesome and is gonna be big and he can actually sing and write decent songs, (But I do also like the pogues)
