    Hi guys,

    so confused!

    internal resistance = 4
    battery = 20 batterys internal resistance = 1
    calculate charging current?

    what equation do i use?

      The question isn't completely clear as it stands, but I imagine that if the emf of the cell to be charged is zero, and you have a 25V dc generator and a total of 4+1 * ohm resistance, you just apply Ohm's Law.

      *I assumed 1 ohm was the total. If it's 1 ohm for each battery then you have 20 ohms plus the 4.
