    I don't believe so.

I remember watching the news on the day of the first protest, when David Cameron was in China giving a speech to Chinese students, and he was asked by a Chinese girl about fees. DC said that by raising fees for domestic students, international students shouldn't have to face the rises they usually do, as in the past it has been the international fees that have been hiked up.

I get the impression his comment wasn't a popular one.

I haven't been able to find the text of the act itself yet to see whether this would be the case. Anyone know if it's up yet ?

Well the international kids are already paying more than what their teaching costs so I don't see why British people should be pissed off about not raising their fees...

The Browne report, upon which the new system is based, specifically excluded international and post grad students.

I heard of someone that international student fees are actually being lowered. Can't find anything about this anywhere, but would really appreciate just this once if someone wouldnprove me wrong. Please.

Indian students will not be hurt by UK university fee hike:

I guess same for all the other international students.

So we expect more international students in our universities and less British students in British universities.

Universities are free to charge whatever they want to international students. So it depends on the university.
