Maybe there's some kind of underlying problem at home/ with how she's feeling that she's not telling you about?

Just sit down and have a talk with her, tell her you're worried. Maybe she needs someone to talk to.

Well she certainly isn't helping herself. If she doesn't listen to you, let her be.

    Just worry about yourself.

She could just need someone to talk to about things, or if the above is frequently the case, maybe a good talking to about getting her priorities in order.

All you can do is talk, really. I'm sure she'll be touched at least that she's got a good friend like you who's worried about her, and she might do something about it.

Then maybe she has personal issues. Talk to her. Push her e.g. Call her up everyday in the morning and tell her to wake up, help her with h/w, escort her to her lessons...
