    Hi guys,

    does anyone know how to calculate the antibody titre?? Is there a general formula to work this out? I've been looking around and can't find anything!

    Going back 3 years and to the one and only time i did an ELISA experiment, but the titer is calculated simply as being the greatest (lowest) dilution at which the Ab is still detectable.

    Have a read of this FAQ i found on polyclonal Abs, it should explain it better (btw i just skim read it but it should answer your question i hope)
