sparkles moving in a circular motion Watch

For a few weeks now I keep seeing little sparkles which kind of circle around the centre of my vision a number of times (maybe 15) each day. They're not floaters I know what they look like, and they don't go away if I blink loads or look at something else, they just seem to fade in and out on their own.

Any idea what this might be? I did try google but "sparkles" isn't a particularly good search term although it's the best way I can think of describing them.
