T-Mobile Vairy Text (Top up hasn't been added) Watch

    Hi Guys,

    I recently purchased the T-Mobile Vairy text as a quick and easy phone online and the full payment included £10.00 top-up.

    However I recieved the phone on Monday 6th Dec. and it stated that if the top-up wasn't on the phone already give it 48 hours to wait for it to be registered onto your phone.

    5 days have passed and still no top up added to my phone. To be honest, I'm a little bit pissed off as I need the top-up & I purchased the phone thinking the top-up would be on the phone straight away.

    Any help or has this happened to anyone else before?
