Has anyone bought anything there, the prices are really good but the website seems kind of questionable tbh. Thanks

yh it looks fine to me, price wise
make sure its UK based and make sure their returns policy is decent. also make sure payment is by card/paypal, not something silly like transfer
    and check google!

I've seen dodgier sites though it does seem basic.

But one thing I aways do is check to see if a company has full contact details (address, email, phone number). I think they are required to provide this by law. Even if they don't there's no real reason not to offer it. If anyone doesn't offer all contact details I usually leave well alone.

They have an email form and postal address only. No telephone number. This always signals alarm bells for me as, if there's a problem with your order, you can't phone them. It's easier to ignore emails/fob people off.

So at the very least they are a legit company but not a professional one. However, a bit of searching on moneysaving expert shows there are a couple of customers who have ordered things from them but haven't heard anything yet:-

Because it's so new and they don't have proper contact details I'd stear clear. If you must order from them then make sure you use a credit card and you're covered through the bank. Don't use a debit card.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM thebigstore.co.uk.

I ordered a tshirt from there before Xmas and still haven't received it. I got emails saying they had run out of stock etc and when i emailed them back i never got a reply. I threatened to report them if they did not reply to which they sent me a cheque which has now bounced. The website no longer exists and i can no longer email them as the email is sent back as failed.
