    They were banned when I did MEI, because of their ability to do integration, though this may not be the case now, and I'm not sure invigilators will check everyone's calculators (if you're desperate to break the rules).     I have that one, the reviews say its allowed which would be helpful for quick checking my definite int/diff.

    Graphical calculators are allowed, just not calculators that are able to differentiate and integrate in a particular form I think

    As far as C3 is concerned, you're allowed both a graphical and a scientific calculator for the exam. I have bought both of those calculators because they are very useful especially the scientific one as it can do calculus. If you only want to buy one, then I would recommend the graphical one as it will be useful for drawing graphs etc.

    IIRC its only calculators that can do symbolic differentation and integration that are banned.

    991-ES is fine on OCR normal.

    Pretty sure it's fine on MEI too.
