www.muscletalk.co.uk

They give you very detailed fitness plans, i could break it down quite significantly but i cant be bothered  its a good site anyway.
I'd start by walking every day, then gradually increase as you see fit (mind the pun!! )

You need to be more specific with your goals

"and who with like to improve there fitness level, and tone up"

means nothing.

Do you want to lose fat, if so, how much?

If you want to improve fitness, at what activity, and by how much? For example, if you can currently run 100m in 20 seconds, would you want to improve that to 15s?

Sleep. Eat whatever you want, and sleep. Oh, and eat lots of chocolate, especially Crunch bars.

It seems to work thus far. (I'll change later...)

Oh, however if you are so inclined to exercise, DANCE!

I'd recommend jazz since it seems the most strenuous. Although I prefer tap and flamenco.
