I'm in PAIN. I've got IBS, but all today I've had really bad pain, like where my left ovary is like a niggling pain. And just now I was doubled over in pain that was all over lower pain. I don't have periods because I'm on cerazette it wasn't period pain it was like what I'd imagine to be intestines. I feel quite hot, and I've tried ringing NHS direct but it says they are exceptionally busy and only to ring in emergencies. My mum and dad are fobbing me off saying to just drink water , but it hurts so bad!

Gosh, you make most of the threads in "health section".

Just lie on your stomach. It might help.

:yep: agree to this, love peppermint tea. It's the best tea to drink when enduring bad stomach ache.

You're welcome . We get through shed loads of Peppermint in our house, along with Ginger and Lemon, which is good for cold/flu and anti sickness :yep:.

If the tea didn't work, get Imodium.
