    Hey!

I have not yet sent of my Uni application but I was wondering if there was a certain time over Christmas where it would be a waste of time sending it because noone would look at it til after Christmas/New Year.

I think my Uni application will be ready on Saturday 18th December to be sent off (got to wait for my personal statement to be looked at! god it's so tricky! )

But, would sending it off on the 18th be too late as most of the Uni staff will be off for Christmas and it would be the same if I waited till after Christmas / New Year?

A lot of uni staff are still there until a week or so before Christmas, possibly even closer. Besides, even if they're not looking at it, it means that UCAS will process it over Christmas, so when they come back in the 2011, it may be looked at quite quickly.

As long as it gets there by 15th Jan 2011 it makes no difference at all to your application so send if off when its actually ready to be sent off. If you need more time then use the time you have available to you.

You might as well. Unless you think you can make it beter/ add more onto it during Christmas.

If it's 100% finished, then send it - there's no point in delaying...
