    This isn't hard to achieve, except for when there's no food in your home, and your mum hasn't been shopping. So I'm going to just stuff my face non-stop...literally and see how many calories I can get it !!!!! wooop

    I'd take increased protein intake over 'as many calories as I can get' any day.
    Nice efficient diet plan you've got going on there...

    I've got some protein shake right here, out of all the calories I eat I make sure the minimum is about 140g.....
