I applied with the Oxbridge deadline back in October and now really want to change a university choice. I noticed the 'substitute choice' button when I first logged into Track in October, but it's no longer there.
After researching online, I've seen you can do it 14 days within receipt of a welcome letter..What is that? I haven't received anything from UCAS..Anyway, is there any way I can change it now/what do I do?

You've got far past the fortnight grace period, and UCAS will have records of when they sent the letter.

However, not actually having received it could play in your favour because, from what I remember, that contained the details of changing. It probably won't, but ring UCAS tomorrow to discuss the situation (don't mention you already know what could be done) and, when they bring up the letter, act all surprised and ask, "What letter?" - try it and see what happens.
