    Poll coming up....

Which of these roast meats do you like the best? You can assume that they're all cooked to perfection. I realise not many people will have tried some of the game options, but I've put them in anyway, just in case....

My personal favourite is roast gammon, nice and tender and juicy, with a brown sugar crust and glazed pineapple on top Although the game, and lamb came close.

When done properly with good quality meat then pork.
Beefs is not good unless it's really good quality meat.
    Otherwise probably chicken.

Argh that has to be one of the hardest decisions I've ever had to make!

Went for duck but really it's a draw between duck and chicken, but because I have roast duck less often it holds more of a charm for me!

Ideally I would like to create a creature which is 1/3 duck, 1/3 chicken, 1/3 perfectly cooked gammon and then topped with pork crackling :sogood: NOW THAT IS MY IDEAL ROAST MEAT

Lamb is great to cook, and i can do lamb better than anything else. But... Meat with thick gravy, peppered and salted with just the right marbling quality when roasted is... magnificence embodied.
